Workout: Complex
5 min row @ easy pace
6 Way BB Complex (DL, Row, Hang Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push-ups)
*6 reps for each movement
warm-up set @ 75#
SET 1 @ 95#
SET 2 @ 115#
SET 3 @ 125#
SET 4 @ 135#
*Today I did a quick workout, wanted to try a new complex, very similar to the bear complex, but instead of doing one of each exercise to count as one round, I did 6 reps of each movement then moving to the next.
