*Repeat 5 times.
Then
-KTE x 8
-Rollouts x 8
-Half Get-ups x 8 @ 16 kg
-Plank x :60 sec
*Repeat 3 times.
Pretty light workout, trying to maintain active even though this week is a rest week.
