Workout: Strength
Warm-up: 5 min row
DROM, ASLR, TGU, Swings
*Very limited equipment, working with a 20 kg and 16 kg.
One Arm (double KB Swings) 36 kg / 5 x 10 (30 sec rest btwn sets)
Then:
A1) Pistol Sq / 4 sets of 6
A2) Lever Push-ups/ 4 sets of 6

B1) One Arm (double KB) Rows/ 4 sets of 6 @ 36 kg
B2) SLD 2 - 50#/ 4 sets of 6

C1) Side Raised Snatch / 3 sets of 15 @ 16 kg
*Okay workout, didn't have the right size bells, but made it happen.
