Then:
- Double KB Snatches 24 kg x 5
- Double KB Front Sq 24 kg x 5
- Double KB Cleans 24 kg x 5
- Double KB Seasaw Press 24 kg x 5
- Double KB Renegade Rows 24 kg x 5
- Double KB SLDL 24 kg x 5
- Double KB Swings 24 kg x 5
* Rest 90 sec between sets, complete 5 rounds.
